LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse)

They safely administer medications, monitor your health during detox, assess withdrawal symptoms, and ensure your physical comfort and safety 24/7. Case Manager:
Our Case Manager is your advocate and guide, helping you navigate the path from treatment to successful independent living. They work with you to secure housing, employment opportunities, legal support, continuing care, and community resources. From your first day with us through months after discharge, your Case Manager ensures you have the tools, connections, and support network needed to build a strong foundation for your new life in recovery.
